Lynn Wesenbeek created the design brand Studio Saudade. Saudade originates from the Portuguese language and describes the subtle balance between joy and sorrow. Lynn is one of the primary faces of Belgian Television for 25 years. She was a presenter, reporter and news anchor. In this job, she often encountered the complexity of life, with its highs and lows. She herself lost her mother at a young age, in which she experienced both vulnerability and strength.

As a nod to that past, today she is constructing a self-created universe with Studio Saudade, in which her main characters may hopefully serve as a source of inspiration, stability and solace. Each head is an artistically handmade creation. Not a single head is the same.
