At Studio Saudade, each ceramic head is meticulously crafted by hand, and we strive to showcase accurate product images reflecting the unique nature of every piece. Please note that due to the individuality of each creation, no two items will be exactly alike, as seen on our Instagram feed and other platforms.

Returns and Exchanges:

You have the option to return or exchange your purchase within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are not covered, and we will initiate refunds or dispatch exchanges once the original item is returned undamaged.

If your product sustains damage during shipment, kindly photograph it and contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will collaborate with you to replace, exchange, or refund the damaged item.

Please be aware that certain products, such as custom orders, special requests, and personalized items, cannot be returned. Additionally, returns are not accepted for sale items or gift cards.

Custom Orders:

We cherish the opportunity to create custom pieces for our clients. If you have a specific project or custom piece in mind, feel free to reach out to us.

Usage and Maintenance:

Our ceramic products, predominantly composed of durable clay, are designed to endure with proper care. While dishwasher safe, we recommend handwashing for sculptural works to maintain longevity.

Use a mild detergent, as strong washing liquids may eventually affect the glaze, causing a matte, crackled surface, or making it susceptible to cutlery marks.

For wax on candleholders, gently pick it off or use a lighter to melt it away. Wipe any remaining marks with a damp cloth. Avoid sudden temperature changes, such as pouring boiling water into ceramic vessels or transitioning a product directly from the freezer to the microwave.

Protect surfaces from potential scratches by affixing furniture pads made of felt, rubber, or cork to the bottom of ceramic objects. Always handle our products with care to ensure their lasting beauty.
