Return & Exchange Policy

At Studio Saudade, each ceramic head is carefully handcrafted, and we strive to show accurate product images that reflect the unique nature of each piece. Please note that due to the individuality of each creation, no two items will be exactly the same, as seen on our Instagram account and other platforms.

Returns and Exchanges:

You have the option to return or exchange your purchase within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are non-refundable, and we will initiate refunds or ship exchanges once the original item is returned undamaged.

If your product is damaged during shipping, please take a photo and contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will work with you to replace, exchange, or refund the damaged item.

Please note that certain products, such as custom orders, special requests, and personalized items, cannot be returned. Additionally, returns are not accepted for discounted items or gift cards.

Custom Orders:

We cherish the opportunity to create custom pieces for our clients. If you have a specific project or custom piece in mind, please feel free to contact us.

Use and Maintenance:

Composed primarily of sustainable clay, our ceramic products are designed to last with proper care. Although dishwasher safe, we recommend hand washing sculptural works to preserve their longevity.

Use a mild detergent, as strong detergents can eventually affect the glaze, leaving the surface dull, cracked, or more susceptible to cutlery marks.

Protect surfaces from potential scratches by attaching protective furniture pads made of felt, rubber or cork to the bottom of ceramic objects. Always treat our products with care to ensure their lasting beauty.
